Doodles from a Work in Progress II
I’m nearing the climax scenes on my work-in-progress novella. The story has continued to grow and should now end up near 40,000 words or 200+ manuscript pages. (Please, let it stop there!) Here’s a quick character study of the hero on the run. I added a bit of color (a la Microsoft Paint) for fun. I think the image evokes (kinda/sorta) those cool 70’s book covers Leo and Diane Dillon did for Harlan Ellison’s stuff.
